The New York City Ballet workout video, although it shows a bit too much skin, has beautiful classical music and graceful movement. No awkward "C'mon girls, get your booty moovin!" The narrator is never shown, and has a proper Austrian accent.
I was surprised at how well it worked. The first time I did it, my posture was improved, and in two weeks I had a nice flat stomach! Just thought I'd share what worked for me. (And I couldn't do most of the moves correctly!)
Budget version: Turn on your favorite classical or worship CD, close the curtains, and free dance! (Then do crunches and stretches.)
